What is your returns policy?

What are your delivery times?

All items are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving payment, these items will be dispatched via either option below, depending on your choice during checkout:

  • Our FREE shipping service (for UK delivery only) is Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery and should be with you within 2-5 working days.

  • Our PAID shipping service (£2.99 for UK delivery only) is with Royal Mail 1st Class delivery and should be with you within 1-3 working days.

Faulty or missing item?

Received an incorrect item?

We strive to ensure your orders are accurately fulfilled, but if you've received an incorrect item, we're here to help. Please fill out the delivery note and clearly indicate that you've received the wrong item then kindly return it to us. How can I pay for my order?

You can use any of the payment types listed in the payment options when you checkout and order.

Can you help me with my promo code?

You will need to enter the promo code at checkout, exactly as it was given to you without any spaces. Type or copy the code in the Promo Code box. Ensure to click apply code. You will only be able to use the promo code once per order.
